Please be aware there is no oil in the gearbox when delivered/collected unless fitted by us…………

The gearbox is guaranteed against defect in construction for a period of l2mths or 12k miles (whichever Is sooner).

Commercial vehicles 6mths /6k (whichever is sooner). unless otherwise stated on invoice..

Warranties

All warranties will be done within a reasonable time and we will endeavour to do as quickly as possible….. however,  it is at the customers cost and responsibility to return the car or gearbox to us, for any warranty work to be carried out... .

Please return vehicle as soon as fault is noticed, any problems created by continuance of use will not be covered. If you inform us of a problem then prolong returning warranty will be void (unless advised by us).

We require a check and adjust service to be carried out  between 500 miles or 4 months or commercial vehicles 500 miles or 2mths (whichever is sooner).

No warranty is given for vehicles used for off roading or racing.

All gearboxes are rebuilt from your own unit or a replacement unit whichever is necessary and at our own discretion unless own unit is requested (this will take extra time). 

If gearbox abuse is noted by our experienced gearbox builder as fault warranty will be voided.

Any custom changes i.e changed wheel size, lowering of car, chipped vehichles or any other non manufactured changes  etc will void warranty even if present at time of gearbox fitting.
 

warranty stands as above as long as fitting is undertaken by a competent and qualified person and fault as not been caused by incorrect fitting or incorrect oil levels but by a defect in construction or faulty parts.

 

PLEASE NOTE MOST FAULTS ARE CREATED BY INCORRECT OIL LEVELS PLEASE LOOK AT OUR, HOW TO FILL CORRECTLY, PAGE BEFORE FITTING ...

Please not all vehicle's are left at owner risk. VEHICLES'S MUST BE TAXED AND INSURED.

VEHICLES'S MUST BE COLLECT WITHING A TIMELY MATTER ONCE THE WORK HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT WE GIVE A 48 HOUR TIME FRAME AND THEN THERE WILL BECOME A DAILY STROAGE FEE OF £25.
